Size 0 I can't imagine what a 0 looks like

My 11 yr old is a DOUBLE 0 ! I don't think I ever saw that. They both clearly take after their dad since I was quite the pudgy kid. I think at age 12 I was a size 13.

Runny nose, sore throat and I have now vomited two days in a row Yesterday morning and this morning...blah! I'm so done w/ this.

I just wanna be home in my nice warm bed...

NOT FAIR ...although my hubby is the same way...he eats anything and everything never gains a pound.

I hate talking about weight. I need to lose so much after having my son. I actually lost and then when my husband came I have gained some. GRRRRRRRRRRrrr!!!

Talking about skinny people my husband can eat 7 plates of food at a buffet and still weigh 144 lbs. and mind you he is 6 foot...sickening..I look at the desert table and my jelly belly roll grows!

Annie, TRUST ME it does catch up to em.. Sofyan didnt start to gain until about 7 months ago...and he has packed on 15 lbs since then. I tell him he needs to cut down and exercise but he doesnt listen.

I have been fighting with my weight and appearance for years.

I had the best figure of my life at age 34

the smallest and leanest

at age 10-13 i was overweight and wearing plus sizes

it wasnt until after the birth of my son 15 1/2 years ago, at age 21 that i started exercising and taking control

of my weight and figure..i did it the right way and was completely disciplined in all areas

even having 3 kids and averaging a size 10 I got to be a size 4

it can be done!

fitness just became a way of life

i never thought in a million years i'd be a fitness instructor/personal trainer

people coming up to me in denial that i had 3 kids or had a problem with weight in the past

my 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter are as skinny as rails

never having to worry about weight probably their entire life

my youngest at 9 is sadly way overweight, like i was at that age

now this last year has killed me waiting for my husband and being in darkness

i gained so much weight and completely stopped exercising

I have every excuse in the book that my clients always have

it takes a long time to get results but such a short time to lose them

my hubby isnt like any of your "eat all they want and not gain a pound" hubbies

both my husband and I are ready to start working out together

Well, I think because my hubby is so active he can eat all he wants. He does work out w/ me and loves hitting up the gym anytime I ask! So I have to be thankful for that...still wanna see his booty get a bit bigger from all that junk food eating!
