i have interview on 3 Feb for my green card i am so stress becaz unfortunatly last week i got 3 traffic tickets and i will go court dec 18

did uscis officer must ask for traffic tickets or they dont care of traffic ticket??

03/11/08 FedEx I-485/I-765

03/20/08 NOA1 for both (765 online - 485

03/23/08 BIO app. letter

04/03/08 BIO done - walk in

11/07/08 EAD Card production ordered

11/10/08 EAD Approval Notice sent

11/13/08 EAD Received !!! :)

11/15/08 EAD touched

12/05/08 AOS ready for interview scheduling

12/07/08 Interview appointment date received

02/03/09 Interview date

02/13/09 green card arrived in mail

Traffic tickets are NOT a problem.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

i disobey poice officer she try to stop me and i did not could be a big issue in court

What do you mean you disobeyed the officer? You kept driving and refused to stop?

I would imagine if that is the case you will be charged with a felony, no?

Failure to obey an officer of the law is quite a bit more serious than a traffic ticket. Disregard for the law in the US is a no-no. Hope you can give the court a good explanation of why you did that. You might even want to get a lawyer.

Hmmm..well attend your court proceeding on the 18th..then whatever result you had in there..you need to bring it with you on the day of your interview. And I would also suggest to contact a lawyer even just to get advise about this situation...

Now, what made you do that...

I've done that before, but it's because it was 3am in the morning and I was on a deserted street driving alone and I didn't feel safe so I drove to a gas station that was open...I was on the phone with the police the entire time. I told them I didn't feel safe where they tried to pull me over. They were doing random checks for drunk drivers. I didn't get into trouble and I did not receive a ticket.

Were there some guys with cameras with the officers? Maybe you will be on TV on "Cops" or "Speeders"

Seriously you may be charged with evading......you might want to bring a lawyer to court with you.
