We have this thing where every single weekend we pick a new recipe and cook together. We also still do a lot of the same things we did before, we attend shows... lots of shows or travel around to music festivals in the summer.

Donne moi une poptart!

I like cooking together but Neil only microwaves and does that badly.

We've started cooking together so hubster loses his phobia of the oven and has a bigger cooking repertoire than fairly cooked pasta and toast.

the extent of our cooking together is neil handing me something like a spoon or an onion and then grabbing a beer from the fridge and going back to playing a video game

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

We break the law together...

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

fence work..feed the multitude of birds and animals..drink cognac.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

We just passed up going to my company's Christmas Party last night because our baby is just too young to leave with anyone at night. But yesterday why tried a new restaurant we hadn't been to before, then looked for some Christmas lights....which BTW, if anyone's looking for lights, I highly recommend the new LED's! We went with the small, white lights that have different settings. They give off a 'cooler' light and really look wintery! They were a bit more, but the box says they use 88% percent less energy. :star:

Anyhow, it's the simple pleasures in life that we enjoy most.

Hmm it's funny to think now how it was at first because it feels like so long ago. I really have to think about this.

Once into the routine, and then he got a job, I did value our free time together. We watched movies a lot at night. We couldn't spend a lot so we'd watch movies he'd never seen or something on TV. My life did change because I saw my friends less, since I had a new life to start and wanted to spend time with him too just alone since I waited forever for him to get here(well it felt like forever). I still stayed close with my family and friends and thankfully Sujeet got along with them all very well. Now we do a lot of the same, lol. Watch movies at home, now we have fun playing with Kavi too. Life has changed a whole lot over the past 4 1/2 years for me. We are still best friends so I enjoy hanging out with him all the time. A lot of our friends have moved (:() and my family, so we have less and less people around to hang out with and have to depend more on each other's friendship.

Yep.

Well, at the moment finances are tight so we do as much "free" stuff as we can. We have 2 kids and an international student so our alone time is limited. We still find time though. We live in an area with a ton of free activities and just places to go outside. We have a family membership to the Seattle Art Museum, there are free museum nights every month at ALL the museums here, we have a ton of great beaches, inexpensive restaurants, etc.

But at the same time, just working around the yard or looking at photos together is nice. When we get annoyed with each other, we always try to remember how sucky it was being 5000 miles apart!
