Hi VJ friends.. We need help this time in the details of filling out the I-134 as follows:

1) In Item No. 7.. "I AM EMPLOYED OR ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF (Type of business) with (Name of Concern)....

What does "Name of Concern" pertain to?

2) Still in Item No. 7, what are considered personal property? Can the petitioner just give an estimate based on his own knowledge of the price value of big items?

3) In Item No. 10, it says "I HAVE SUBMITTED A VISA PETITION TO USCIS ON BEHALF OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONS".... Does the petitioner put my name, the foreign fiancee he just petitioned?

Thanks so much everyone! This is the most helpful site ever!

What does "Name of Concern" pertain to? For example - the name of the company.

2) Still in Item No. 7, what are considered personal property? Can the petitioner just give an estimate based on his own knowledge of the price value of big items? Most people don't list the value of Personal Property - especially if their income exceeds the minimum requirement. For most, their most expensive Personal Property would be their car and it's not likely they would ever sell their car in order to provide for their household since that is usually how they would get to work. At any rate, he would have to have some sort of proof of its value.

3) In Item No. 10, it says "I HAVE SUBMITTED A VISA PETITION TO USCIS ON BEHALF OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONS".... Does the petitioner put my name, the foreign fiancee he just petitioned? Yes

Thanks again.. We got more questions on the I-134 though....

1) For #7, the EXAMPLE I-134 have put in the TYPE OF BUSINESS "SUPERVISOR"... Does the TYPE OF BUSINESS pertain to the nature of your position as an employee or the type of business the company you work for do (like industrial motors)?

2) Still for #7, for the ANNUAL INCOME, do we put the GROSS INCOME WITH or WITHOUT the tax deductions?

3) For #10, the EXAMPLE I-134 has put N/A (K-1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE). Is this the same as saying the petitioned fiancee will be working (and therefor will not need support) once she processes her permanent residency? Because this is exactly our case. However, I saw somewhere here that a lawyer said the best answer to #10 is to check I INTEND and put in the blank FULL SUPPORT FOR THE ENTIRE MARRIAGE or something to that effect..

So thats all again for now.. Thanks thanks VJers..

1. Like "industrial motors (manufacturing, distribution or repair etc.)

2. Gross

3. No, it's saying the question is not applicable because the petitioned immigrant will be your wife. Your answer is also acceptable but make it fit.
