i finally saw my status online using my biometric receipt no. but i notice still say feb. 20 receive my application they didnt even update when i did my biometric is there any situation like this? but got their gc?

They don't update for biometrics so don't worry. Many people never receive any touches between the time of receipt and the time of notification. Vermont is still processing December and January cases so you are still ok. You should hear something within the next few months.

Don't worry, I won't worry ..... We have just the same month of filing. Those who file in the month of December 2007 has just approved.

June 08, 2009 - Mailed packet to TX lockbox

June 12, 2009 - USCIS TX received Packet

June 15, 2009 - Notice Date

June 19, 2009 - Recieved NOA

July 15, 2009 - Scheduled for biometrics

Sept 21, 2009 - Scheduled for Interview ....Passed the interview test

Oct. 16, 2009 - Oath taking
