I know its a bit early to ask questions about AOS but its nice to be informed for future purposes. What is an adjustment of status? Do they deny spouses in the AOS interview? What will happen if you get denied? Will the spouse that is not the US cit get deported? Thank you. Im trying to plan what to do next when my fiance and i get married here in the US.

There is a chance of being denied the AOS and being deported. Very seldom happens tho. At least if it does we don't hear about many cases here.

There is a chance of being denied the AOS and being deported. Very seldom happens tho. At least if it does we don't hear about many cases here.

Phony relationship. Just to immigrate is one of the main reasons.
