welcome to this site!!!

thankyou for your welcome, just read your profile quickly. wanna say i'm sorry about your nigerian guy unfortuneately there are a lot of scammers out there not necessarily all nigerian. i was with a nigerian for 7 years, a damn good decent guy until he met up with fellow dodgy nigerians and the rest is history.... so yeah its real damn hard to put your trust and faith into a guy then they pull your world down around you. but hey it makes us stronger and as your son is the first born it will be your ex's shame to carry with his culture for betraying you. hope you learn to trust again and well done for staying strong x

I don't think we have a UK citizen petitioning an African in this forum but you can still exchange a lot of ideas about culture etc. and I hope this site is still useful to you. There is a UK thread in the regional forum section but most are UK beneficiaries.

thanks for that...its the whole general experience thing that interests me, plus i feel more at home in african forum lol but definately love to learn more about culture, especially if there is anyone out there from senegal or gambia. my previous relationship was concerned with nigerian culture so its a little different especially with the religion side of things!

There are several with Gambian and Senegalese SO's here. You can search them out by user name if you click on members ( very right left of this page, all the way next to calendars and links ). Click on the country and everyone with the same country shows up in the extended search option.

Use' toggle more options' to get you to the specific country you want.
