do you think NVC is reviewing 2 cases at one time my AOS and my daughter's AOS(10 y.o) since we only pay one AOS fee $70 (online payment said that my daughters case is related to mine). We use form I-864W for my daughter since she is exempted because of Child Citizen Act.

Why is your daughter exempt?

NVC told us to use form I-864W, since my daughter is the bilogical child of my husband, below 18y.o, unmarried, immigrating as the child of US citizen and will automatically become US citizen under Child Citizen Act of 2000 upon admission to US, thats why she is exempted.

Why didn't you guys do a CRBA and not go thru the immigration process for your child?

Lot easier and cheaper naman.
