My fiance had his interview moments ago! He got APPROVED!!! yeheyyyyy!!! Im literally speechless!! :blink: THank GOD he was approved! The waiting and the expenses were really worth it now that i get to see my loves soon! :D

THank you to everyone who have helped me with our journey, thank you to those people who have been answering my silly questions.

Thank you to LMY ate LIYAH for helping me and my fiance go through with everything. Thank u for spending ur time with us answeing our questions and sharing your interview experience.

Oh yeah, to those who have co-sponsors, yup they accept 'em BUT you (the beneficiary) should prove to the pre-screener and consul that you're not going to be a burden here in the US! It is helpful that you (The beneficiary) have a job right now! I am the petitioner and i dont have a job. We used a co-sponsor to support us. Luckily, we got approved.Another thing,

07-20-07- first visit to phils

07-26-07-engagement

07-28-07- back to US

09-14-07- submitted I-129F

09-25-07- NOA1

10-25-07 -NOA2

11-01-07- My fiance got a letter from NVC that within 2 weeks Manila Consulate will send my Packet

11-20-07- Date of my Packet, actually the real one was earlier but it was sent somewhere, good thing my Fiance arrived to spent Thanksgiving day in Phils and we checked the status in Embassy.

11-23-07- Medical though the exact date was Nov. 29..

12-06-07- Interview

12-16-07- Visa in hand

01-16-98- Attended CFO

01-18-08- Arrived in USA , POE-Guam

03-16-08- Wedding

AOS

04-17-08- Submitted the AOS

04-24-08- NOA

05-13-08- Biometrics

05-27-08- Transferred to California

06-14-08- EAD card received

07-21-08- Date of AOS approval but got the letter July 24

No Interview, No RFE and Additional Vaccination( just used the SLEC medical docs)

07-22-08- Date of Permanent REsident CARd , got it July 29

07-31-08- apply for SSN

08-05-08-SSN delivery

01-12-09- First day of work(Thanks to Marielle and Mario)

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

APRIL 2 2009 CASE transferred to CSC

Congrats Jaynelle! I am taking delight in your joys right now. So time for my dumb question. OMG You need a co-sponsor for the fiance visa?? I that was only at the AOS stage. Geez I can't keep up. I am a full doctoral student and I am not sure if the figure is $14K or $17K that's necessary. I check the website but I think I find something different.

I-129F Sent : 2008-10-02

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-10-16

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-02-26

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-03-03 (hardcopy)

Package@NVC: 2009-03-06

Package@NVC: 2009-04-06 in AP, whatever that means at NVC
