Any B-1/B-2 who has had any experience in filing I-130/ I-485 in the US?

Good luck in your process! See my timeline, I also adjusted from B1/B2 via I-130/I-485.

10-Apr-08...Filing date for I-130/AOS/EAD/AP

02-May-08...Biometrics

31-Jul-08...EAD Card received

15-Sep-08...Interview (APPROVED)

27-Sep-08...GC received

03-Aug-10...Filed I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

06-Aug-10...NOA 1-yr Extension Letter

10-Sep-10...Biometrics

02-Dec-10...ROC approved! (Card production ordered)

Timeline

Cecy, appreciate sharing your experience with me. Indeed your case went smooth as per your time line and your post. I have never had an issues with immigration or the law in the past. So, i am hoping they would be lenient when its time for an interview. I am awaiting the I-130 NOA1 which was received by USCIS Chicago on the 11-26-08. The check was cleared on 12-06-08. I still haven't received the NOA. Should it take that long.
