Hello everyone! :)

I'm still in the process of having my I-130 approved. However, I've been wondering whether it's possible to change the location of my spouse's interview. My husband is currently living in Afghanistan, and they don't do interviews at the embassy there. So he would have to go to Pakistan for his interview. However, I was wondering if it is possible to change the location to Dubai or Turkey?

I sent in the I-130 in September, and the time period said 6 months. So hopefully I will hear from them in Feb. :) Should I be expecting anything other than the 2nd NOA?

Hi, I have the same question. With the ongoing conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan.. especially seeing as how my fiance would have to travel accross the worst area of Pakistan to get to Islamabad's U.S. Embassy. And having an Indian Visa on his passport doesn't exactly help... it seems like this would qualify as a "hardship" and would be considered by the USCIS... If anyone knows whether it's possible to change--and hopefully to a place where I could go with him to the interview..like Dubai, that would be great! Thanks!!
