Hello I received this letter!

Subject: Expedite Request-Aldarita Lemonz

Aldarita Lemonz's request to have her I-130 and I-129F has been denied.

Upon receipt of your letter requesting expeditious handling, this matter was reviewed and a determination was made it does not fit the criteria for special handling at this time. The petitioner may submit additional evidence documenting the need for expeditious handling.

The petition will be processed within the normal time here at the ceneter.

Does this mean I can resubmit in the next few days more evidence? If so, must I send a copy of this denial letter or will that only make them throw it in the garbage? Should I put it in the bottom of the stack? Please help me. Thank you.

Your question makes no sense. They say your circumstances don't meet the criteria for an expedite. Unless your circumstances are quite different today than those you described in your request, there's no sense sending anything more. If the circumstances are quite different, send a new request and evidence anytime you wish.

That is why they drink bottled water there. Everyone from Italy would be here if yu could expedite based upon bad water.

Did you document your health issues with doctors statements that it was necessary to have your fiancee here???

Unless you can be specific about how your health will deteriorate without him here to help you because you need daily home care and can't afford it and can document that, you'll need to just learn to take no for an answer.
