Dear friends ...

i filled for both I129 and I130 in 1 Sep 2006 and both got approved in 12 Dec 2006 then i got scheduled for an interview in US Emabssy (Amman-Jordan ) in 10 April 2007 , The Co decided to return my file to approving center and issued 221g the reason was (( i didn't convince her of my relationship with my wife )) it took them more than 3 months to received my file back and since that time its under reviewing as what they always say , My wife and I made some inquiries we got some answer by letters the last one was in 23 Jan 2008 tells they are activily working in our case however they still need to perform addintinal reviews and if we don't hear anything within 6 month's we must call a number they give !!! .

In 1 April we applied I824 to get another notice of approved case and we recieved I797c notince in 23 july 2008 tells they received our application and they will proccess our case as maner of how much they have petetions and the timeline for this proccess must be 6 month's , But till now we didn't hear anything !!!.

Once again my wife made another inquiry about returnned file and they gave her a number to show and to wait 30 days and they told her within 30 days they will send her a letter to tell about the case file .

now its about 22 days and nothing yet !!!

i want to ask any one who has experience with this situation to tell me what is going on ??

About the retunned file im out of time ?? About I824 im out of time ? what i need to do ?

and any further information im may help me .

Please Vj's im really in big whole since they decided to suspend my dream to be with my wife and we both suffering

sometimes i feel my life stuck and im looking for a help . please who has information to write to me .
