Help(Question about DS156 form)

I know we dont sign DS156k, we do it at the interview but what about DS156? I tried to search it here but m getting diff answers. Some r saying we do, some r saying we dont.

you can sign the DS-156 There is no instruction that you should sign in infront of the CO like DS-156k.

Thanks. One more question(dont want to start another thread). Embassy sent my fiancee DS157 form. Does she need to fill that out? I thot DS157 was only for male applicants?

I'm not sure u should sign them...on my packet 3 they stated this:

Fill out but do not sign the enclosed forms: (1) DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application (in duplicate)...

I won't sign them and in case I will keep a pen with me and sign them at the embassy.
