Questions about Igors List

I was womdering why when checking the VSC lists, you will see 4-5 added to the Last 20 approved list, but they are STILL on the Waiting for approval list weeks later. Right now, I see 5 names that have already been approved and one name entered 4 times still on there

Is this a computer error?

It's from people creating duplicate timelines. I was guilty of the same thing. I was brand new on VJ and lost. I created a timeline then tried to edit it for the first time and it was blank, so I filled it all in again. I was in Igors twice for a long time. It eventually dawned on me that I created the timeline on one of my email addresses, then went back to edit using another email address, which actually made a second timeline.

So it's not computer error, it's human error.
