I just graduated college in May of '08 and was wondering how this will affect the AOS process. I was unable to make enough money this year due to a full-time courseload; however, I'm now employed with a salary that makes the 125% poverty line requirement. in no way do i have a co-sponsor. therefore, would sending transcripts or some proof of 2008 college enrollment be helpful to send with my letters of current employment? any advice?

Employer letter, and copies of recent pay stubs will indicate current and future income, USCIS is concerned with your current and future income.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I think a short letter explaining your recent college graduation with an official transcript would be a nice touch just to explain your situation and show your earning potential as a college grad. :thumbs:
