Hey JPine...Thanks for the information. Some of these people seem a little uptight and can not appreciate people who try to give out good information. Some people act like they are in grade school "I said it first !!!!" like little kids. But thanks for the info. I wasn't interested in spending my life reading that thread also. If I spent my whole day on the computer reading junk what would my fiance think about me "Boring!!!" Thanks again and dont be afraid to post more information.

RD

16/10/2006- Interview date- I'm nervous and my fiance is cool calm and collective. And she's the one that has to do the interview.

(Instigator of the post) you are not going to suck me into a battle you have time to scroll through every message, you just proved that above. I wasnt hammered my aussie or referencing her at all. The end for me.

I wasn't trying to suck you into a 'battle' in the least. All I said was we would have to agree to disagree about your idea that we 'hammered' you in your thread about the truth. All the posters there were very positive, and as encouraging as they could have been - except in the fact that they felt what aussiewench articulated - that it is/was a little too early yet for us to know facts.

I remembered the original thread because of your quite surprising reaction in it - to say that your thread sucked, please delete it, etc etc. - given everyone's overall positive replies.

But since you brought it up - yes, I DO read every single, solitary post on VJ. Darn, I thought no one else had caught on!

And cristy: good idea about an IMBRA forum. You might want to put that in the Site Discussions forum.

Geez, Jpine knows better that I wasn´t saying "I said it first" like you seem to think I did.

I was pointing out that it´s all by itself in the immigration forum. Really nice. I am sure that once things are settled we´ll have a thread to talk about the new requirements.

Joe,

Thanks for the post. I don't know if I saw it since I do not read every post.

What I found interesting about the form is in the upper right corner it has a good until date of 6/30/06 if I remember correctly.

That kinda tells me that this may be the end date for agencies and stakeholders to file comments.

The Feds put something out there for review and have a deadline for comments.

Then if there's no major flap, it's published.

This customary way of doing business would give those waiting some hope of actual forthcoming changes.

The form does seem to address IMBRA's intent.
