Geez - all I ever said was I likened the IMBRA situation to someone trying to renew a drivers license and being told there is no form to fill out. Why Pax chose to hijack the whole thread is beyond me

In any event, this has been posted a bunch and it seems we won't have any news until it's final and been sent to everyone waiting

Why so nasty??? We are here to support each other and he was just trying to bring forth some informative information.......Sometimes threads do take a spin into a totally different direction and people do not have the time or patience to weed through hundreds of posts to get some firm answers...I believe this was all he was saying and trying to do when he started this thread......Lets "TRY" to be kind to each other...we are ALL stressed out and missing our loved ones.....at least we should have this place to come for comfort!!!

And maybe this is why there should be more than one thread dedicated to IMBRA.

Give the guy a break, he's just trying to help out. Sheesh, VJ.

I agree geeeeeez

Can we not say "oh wow thank you for that, I believe it actually has already been posted but thank you for your efforts."

Yeah folks, we can tell people things are posted, but not by saying they´re stupid or something, I can see where Jpine is going, since the IMBRA thread is only making sense for those who were there from the beggining, that´s why I posted this find in the Immigration News forum, ´cus I know there it will be exposed without any spamming or us pouring our hearts out. :P

If you're referring to this thread of yours as having the 'hammer' dropped on you, then I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. I actually thought you got support in that thread. The only problem is that, as aussiewench suggested there, its a little too early for a thread of 'facts' about IMBRA to work. But if you prefer being a martyr for the 'facts', then that is your right.

And for what its worth - threads going off topic (particularly LONG ones like the IMBRA thread) are nothing new on VJ, or on message boards as a whole. Sure, it can be annoying, but I'm not sure what can be done to change it.
