Dear VJ friends,

I just received our NOA2 through email saying our petition has been approved on 5 December 2008. Yes, we're really happy!

And now for more of the paperworks for the next leg of our visa journey... I have some few questions... :help:

1) In filling out the I-134 Form, should I put the names of my mother and siblings who will be following me to US to attend my wedding?

2) To what office should my bf's letter affirming he wants to marry me be addressed to?

3) To what office should the employer's statement be addressed to?

Thats all for now. I hope someone can help us.. :help: Thanks so much..

Sharing our joy with everyone who got their approvals and those who will get them soon.. (F)

Regards,

Joylynn

The US Citizen Petitioner provides the I-134 form, not the foreign fiancee. He/she only lists intending immigrants, not "visitors". He can address both to the US Consul General in Manila.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

From the FAQ

Basically, your employer letter should state "To whom it may concern: (first name, last name) has been employed

full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an

annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company

letterhead.

This is what the employer letter should state. Not sure what other letter you're looking for.

YEY! Thanks! The other letter I am talking about is the letter affirming his intent to marry me.

My guess is its gonna be the same as the letter of intent submitted with the I-129F package

(only this time using more current date and addressed to the Manila US Embassy), RIGHT RIGHT???? hehe.
