My Interview date will be on Jan. 08, 2009 and it is well required that i should have the medical 1-2 weeks before my interview...But my problem is that i still dont have a medical sched., my fiancee have called for that appointment interview! So what should i do?Call st. lukes and ask for an appointment or just wait for an appointment coming from the embassy?

Its first come first served when it comes to appointments at St. Lukes. Better pay the fee and hurry down there.

hi. my interview is on january 7, 2009. so a day ahead of you.

medical exams should be 1-2 weeks before the interview. but i might be having mine earlier because im pretty certain of having my period middle of this month or maybe the end. to be sure i will have it early.

you can call USEM and ask them to email you the appointment letter for st. lukes - thats what i did.

but you will also get one mailed to you. so now i have one that came by mail and one on my email account. either way, bring that form with you, your proof of payment, pictures, etc. (requirements for the medical exam are on the manila USEM website)

you dont have to call for a medical exam schedule. all we have to do is show up at st lukes.

its first come first case basis. so we should be there early morning so to finish it all in one day - if there are no findings.

Bring proof of payment, original and photocopy of appointment letter send by USE, confirmation letter from the call center, 3 visa photos, passport, medical fee(US$213.35 pay in PESO), and black pen. Bring some snacks too or reading materials.

NO LUNCH BREAK.

First day: FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Second day: Depending on your medical results.

you cAn go to St. lukes for your medical anytime.. if you call the USEM I assume you already have the email from the embassy..

hello! my supposedly interview sched is also on jan 8 but i might re-schedule it on a later date...i plan to hav my medical on dec 22 but i'm not sure if SLEC is open on this day...does anyone know?! thanks!

since i'm gonna re-schedule my interview date can i just bring letter frm USEM stating that i'm eligible to schedule an appointment?! so i can have my medical already...i don't know yet when to schedule the interview coz i'm waiting for my fiance's say on that...he want's to come with me on my interview but he doesnt know yet coz of his work schedule so i'm waiting...

st lukes is walk in basis, no need for appointments. however you do need to bring the appointment letter showing your interview date with you . i would suggest having the medical done as soon as possible in case there are any problems.

i just called st. lukes awhile ago..i asked them if i can just bring the letter frm USEM. they said yes! did any other vj's went to have medical at SLMEC with just the letter from USEM? thanks!

Hello everyone,

Wow!!! Interview dates are so close together. My fiance's interview is on 1/8/09 also at 7am. He also got an email confirmation of his interview date. I know it's still a long ways, but if you happen to see a man with two teen-age kids, boy and girl at USEM on 1/8/09, he's my fiance. He called SLEC and they are open on 12/22 and 12/23 and will be closed from 12/24 till 1/1/09. They are planning to have their medical on 12/22 and 12/23. Ahjoy77, hope my fiance will be able to meet you at SLEC. He's planning to be there at 12noon on 12/22. Regarding the CFO seminar, can they take the class early before the interview? They are planning to have their CFO seminar on either 12/18 or 12/19.
