Hi guys!

I have arranged my papers for Tuesday in this manner:

GREEN FOLDERS : Gracey's docs

Green folder A: NSO birth certificate, CENOMAR/CENMAR, NSO Marriage Certificate, NBI clearance in married and maiden names

Green folder B: Baptismal certificate, Photocopies of passport, old passport, old and new PRC ID's, old and new driver's licenses, PRC document re: change of name

Green folder C: Medical records

Green folder D: Certified copies and transcripts of college and post-graduate degrees, CErtified copies of PRC registration, Completion of Internship and Residency training, certificate of membership with professional organization

PINK FOLDERS : My baby's docs

Pink folder A: NSO Birth certificate, affidavit of illegitimacy (in case asked for), baptismal certificate

Pink folder B: Hospital birth certificates, birth records, medical records

Pink folder C: School records, transcripts

BLUE FOLDER: Ryan's docs...birth certificate, photocopy of passport, professional ID, divorce papers

WHITE FOLDERS: Immigration documents

White folder A: DS-230's with attached 2x2 photos and required docs and I-864's

White folder B: I-130's

CLEAR FOLDERS: Proofs of relationship: Bank statements, letter from credit card company, letters from health insurance and ID, General power of attorney, Phone records, plane tickets and itinerary, resort reservation and car rental, postal receipts, money remittances, FedEx air waybill, Wedding arrangements (restaurant, menu, photographer/videographer contract, wedding vows, receipts of wedding ring, hotel reservations and bill)

RED FOLDER: Chat logs from July 2006

PURPLE FOLDER : E-mails from June 1, 2006 to Nov 30, 2008. Emails from his mother, too.

I put our photos of his trips and wedding photos with captions in a three small (7in X 9 in) flexible albums...very easy to slip under the interviewer's window :) Photos of my baby and me included.

Am also bringing with me the (mutilated...lol...aka bubble lining taken out) mailers Ryan sent us, along with the cards and letters he sent, his Army dogtags, and cards sent by relatives and co-workers for our wedding and the guestbook...oh...and our wedding dvd :)

Did I miss out on anything?

Appointment letters will be hand held, along with valid ID's

Am on OCD overdrive. :blush:

12-11-08 - VISAS RECEIVED....YAHOOOOO!!!

04-07-09 - POE: Chicago O'hare

04-28-09 - received SSN's (after having to apply for them personally!!!!)

04-30-09 - Received our 2-year GREEN CARDS

01-07-09 - ROC, here we come!!!

01-18-11 - Mailed out I-751

02-24-2012 --- Placed in line for Interview Scheduling

02-27-2012 --- Interview Letter sent out

03-02-2012 --- Interview Letter received

04-02-2012 --- INTERVIEW- passed!

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent

05-16-2012 --- Oath Taking! I am now a USC!!!

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)
