Uscandual, I wish you all the luck. I'm sure it'll eventually be all right.

I haven't been around much lately as my fiance is still here and we're trying to, finally, have a vacation without all the visa pressure. I'll be back on a regular basis in about two weeks. :)

USCANDUAL. I read your story and I can understand what you are going thru, it's difficult when one person is mostly interested in hurting the other one by using th kids, but in time your efforts will be rewarded, justkeep being a good dad, and some day yor children will look for you. they are probably being fored to not communicate with you, but they will not always be children, they will grow and look for you......here you will find people that can give you support thru all the process we have to go thru, soon your fiancee will be with you and you can start a new life with her, just remember be the same person you are always....

BLESSINGS

LUISH

We were approved last night! Y will be coming home in about 3 weeks

Thanks for the support here during AP guys :)

The CO mentioned nothing about the NVC AP btw. But did ask who I lived with, which I remeber being a question on anothers interview..and not a common one for our consulaet with K visas.

good luck to everyone still stuck and those awaiting an interview :D

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

I had that question at interview. Maybe it does throw up if residency records are still showing old residents at that address and they do extra checks because of that?
