52 for us ;)

Dzyrhetom's and our case actually has all the same dates, NVC-wise. According to the NVC, at least!

Congrats, everyone who has gotten out!

Because I am a nitpicker, EnglishFamily, are you sure you were in AP? I'm curious, considering the length of your stay at the NVC.

yeah I am VERY SURE,that we are on AP before at NVC stage, when my Fiance called NVC for the first time after we had NOA2,the operator said that we are on AP.And on the next day when my Fiance called again and talked to a supervisor of NVC,they told my Fiance that we are on AP and we can't apply for expedite in NVC because our case was automatically expedited at USCIS stage,

and on the third day when my Fiance called NVC,they told my Fiance that our case has been sent to the Consulate of Manila and they gave us the MNL case number.

our case was on AP at NVC for 2 weeks,

33 days and counting for us.

someone posted on the k3 thread that their cr1 case was completed before they were out of ap for k3(that makes 3-4 k3 ap pulls now)

for the k-1'ers that that doesnt make sense to...:)

this means that us k3 petitioners have 2 files at nvc. a 130 and a 129f, they pulled the 129f for "random AP" yet the 130 was cleared right through..make great sense eh? :girlwerewolf2xn:

congrats to the newly released :)

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Sigh. By my count we are in for only 17 days at this point.

englishfamily's story is giving me some hope that not everybody is condemned to ~50 days, apparently some get out early for good behavior
