We've been at NVC since Nov 18, we just found out yesterday we are in AP or administrative processing (backround check). :o Is anyone alse in this situation, maybe we can keep track together.

Thanks~

Just reporting in

Still stuck at NVC for AP since Dec 9th

Same routine when you call, 1 hour to get locked into an operator, then all she tells you is its Admin. Processiing and she has seen people 4-6 weeks just getting approved lately. Same ol Bullshit, but its nice to see some have been released

7 weeks today, and we just got off the phone with NVC. Still in AP. They say they will send a letter to that effect.

We can expect THAT letter to arrive in 2 -4 weeks. :(

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

It isn't my intention to worry anyone. But I do believe it is more helpful that anyone here reading this also stuck in AP knows what they might be told.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Well lets just be hopeful that you just ended up with someone who didnt know what the heck they were talking about.... I have never heard this situation at all, maybe what she meant is that you will receive something from the embassy in the next 2-4 weeks.

I know it must be the worst thing to hear specially with everything you'vre been through. Would it help to talk to a supervisor????

It's not over till the fat lady sings, you have ALL THE RIGHT to be together, so dont give up the fight!! BE STRONG, were pullin for you!!!

We escalate and speak to a supervisor once a week.

By the time another 4 weeks passes, we will be at nearly three months in AP. Who knows how long they will actually keep us? The process, as they keep telling us....indefinite.

It's over. They tell us tonight it has been sent to Auckland.

I made him ring back and speak to someone else...just to double check

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
