I got up early today because my fiance called to tell me that he just talked to NVC. He was told by NVC that our case is out of AR and was sent to Manila on Monday, Jan 5th. Holy smokes, there's light at the end of the tunnel! Here's hoping that everyone will be out of AR as soon as possible.

HOLY SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.................. I cant believe it!!!!!!!!! I think my head is spinning in disbelief :wacko::wacko: , my fiance called, we are also out of AP!!!!!!!!!!!! I am shaking soooo bad right now in excitement....

I just want to say thank you for everyones support here, cdneh, youve got to be next youre only a day after me. Hurry up and call.... Ours went out on the 2nd!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

We're stuck there as well. They received our case 19th September. Sent out 2 letters, on the 24th and 26th November stating it would be forwarded in a week. Told after speaking with a supervisor

Our case has been stuck for three weeks now.

I'll do my best to wait with another phonecall... until at least next Monday.

Interview Date: April 8th 2009, 10:30 - APPROVED!

K-1 Visa Received: April 9th 2009

POE: Aug 8th 2009, Minneapolis

Wedding: Aug 28th 2009

Our I-129f was approved in 107 days from our NOA1 date.

Our I-129f was approved in 114 days from our filing date.

Our case spent 52 days being chewed by NVC.

Our interview took 224 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

Called this morning. We're out of AP, but they havn't sent our case to Kiev yet. Will be in the next few days.

Hang in there folks and thanks for a place to vent for a few days.

7/12/2008: 129-F Sent to Vermont

8/4/2008: First NOA

11/20/2008: Second NOA

11/26/2008: NVC Notice

Are you in AP? Your time line says you are not. This is what you have in your timeline:

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-11-19

NVC Received : 2008-11-24

NVC Left : 2008-12-01

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
