Probley too good to hope for out of AP will call at lunch time, then if we are out of AP got to decide to do the K3 or finish the CR-1. At this point, might be best time wise to follow K3. UGH!!! always something!! LOL Will let ya'll know in a bit.

Truly happy!!!

just a quick question..does anyone have any idea how many cases in ap get sent back to the uscis service center? I was told monday my file was still in processing. a march filer whose petition was received at nvc the same day as mine suggested i call again today as his was sent off yesterday to his embassy.

so i called this am first thing and was told they sent it back to uscis and can't tell me why. and i'm kind of freaking out and am very confused and distraught.

any insight would be very much appreciated.

Kimbear, thats situation is the weirdest i've ever heard of! Hopefully their processing will go fast...maybe its a bit of checking something here or there...as with the AP processing....the shortest time i've seen is like 4-7 days...and well we've seen whats been the longest...its like "oh lets do one here, and lets do another there" with us people, so stupid, they need to get on with things and get going but nooooooooooooooooo....its f#$%^ed up!

I'm so mad right now, i really am....so frustrated, i'm so not liking this process whatsoever.....

Nigel told me to quit bitching and to just wait and be patient and go get a hobby, well I think that may be a very good idea, maybe get out of these 4 walls and stop comparing myself with other people, our time will come i suppose.

It's unfortunate that when you need "them" to be slower they act fast. Received NOA and a letter from NVC two days from each other. And, from NVC letter I found out that the case would be sent to US embassy in the wrong country. I called NVC immediately to stop the case. Guess what, it was gone already. NVC had the case for a day or two only!!!

I got through on NVC level but got stuck with AP on the embassy level. That's why I'm here with you guys

guess i'm not in ap...whatever processing i was told my k1 was going though it was finsihed and my no2 approval was revoked by NVC and the whole petition was just sent back to uscis. i thought nvc had nothign to do with k1 other then assigning it a consulate number and sending it off..

I dont understand that, why in the world would your petition be sent back to USCIS??? Like you said, they give it a case number and then send off to the embassy.

Have you called NVC and see why this has happened? or have you called USCIS and see what they say?

If neither agency tells you, contact your Senator ore Congressman. Im sorry this has happened, dont make any sence!!! :ranting::protest:
