urgent...help pls

1) my tax return has a differnt title for my job..and my job letter has another title..(just the title is different but the job is same)

computer asst on tax papers and job letter is clerk

is this going to make a problem when i sent it to NVC

will they ask for RFE?

2) they sent my k3 to indian embassy

but i want to follow i-130 not K3 (both got approved the same day)

what should i do?

3) do i have to sent my bank info (yrly balance,current balance,deposits) to NVC

i slightly make more than poverty line...and i'm putting my father as a co-sponsor too

please help...

Please help with more information. Can you update your timeline? When was your NOA2? When did you filed the I-129F? What dates were these approved?

I do not think the titles have to be exactly the same, as long as they're similar.

To catch up the CR-1, use ling ling or lotos short cuts for NVC. This should allow you to complete the NVC process quickly. ONce the NVC process is complete, and the K3 interview has been scheduled, you need to call the consulate to request the K3 interview to be changed to CR1.

1) Should not cause a problem.

2) Contact consulate or DOS and see about "Rescheduling" the K-3 interview for a later date once you have an interview date for the K-3, this will allow the CR-1 catch up to the K-3, and will cause the K-3 to be dropped in favor of the CR-1.

3) Not needed if using a joint-sponsor.
