Might be the other way around for me.

Not to toot my own whistle, but I (USC) am an excellent cook, armed with quite the diversified culinary quiver.

My Japanese wife on the other hand, can hardly fry an egg.

Moreover, I can make lots of different Japanese dishes that she sure loves to eat, but has no idea how to prepare.

Works out fine for me, I love to cook- and that way she gets stuck with a fair amount of the cleanup.

Cleanup is good for her....it'll keep her from ballooning up to 230 pounds.

That's great, Wally. She hides your fine barbequeing quite well. Whose set of fine wheels is that?

Don't know, mate. I found that picture of her in the Internet. Must have been taken before we met.

She looks a bit different now, having been badly maimed in a tobogganing accident.
