hello

Please if anybody can help me with the part 3. The situation is that I am still using my maiden name as my main name, let say Ana Smith - In a part 1. I put that name. Let say my husband name is Johnson. What should I put in part 3 - Other names (including maiden name)? In many cases I am using both names Ana Smith-Johnson. Should I put there (in part 3) Ana Smith-Johnson, and repeat Ana Smith - because this is my maiden name, and it says - including maiden name? Please help it's very confusing?

Thank you

i dont see a reason why you wouldn't include all of your "other" names in Othe Names section, this is not a show stopper.

Only this part "other" make me confused, because I gonna have to repeat my name from part 1 - Ana Smith which is my maiden name

You don't need to repeat the name that you will be continuing to use, just need to list other names used.

You list maiden name under other names used ONLY if you are taking your husband's name and will be using married name on green-card.

I just want to repeat to be on the safe side - because it says - Other names used - including maiden name. I think it's better to repeat than don't put enough information. It's just really confusing, i don't want to make a mistake and have the forms send back to me.
