Info on I 134

Hi guys.

My fiance is filling out the I134 for our K1 petition.

His income is above the 18K level with no problem, but he doesnt really have savings as he hasnt been working for long, nor he has mortgages or anything like that. He has a school loan he is paying off that amounts to about 3K.

My question is: is it ok to only fill out the "I derive an annual income of:" at question 7 or do they necessarily need at least another one?

I think if the income is above the needed level we should be fine with just that one filled out.

Am I right or do we need to fill out another one as well (es. deposit..... 500 dollars?)

If you meet/exceed the minimum income requirements - completing the remainder of income/mortgage/savings/bonds etc, portion is up to you. Most people only reveal this information if they need it to 'qualify.' (I would not list savings unless it was substantial and I needed it to qualify.)
