I-765 rejected due to outdated form

Hello,

I received a NOA stating my I-765 was rejected due to an outdated version of the form being used (I thought I pulled the latest off the website before filing, but I could be wrong). When I resubmit on the new version of the form, do I need to include all the backup documents again as well (i.e. 2 passport photographs)?

The form on USCIS.com should be correct.

The same happend to us. We only send a copy of the RFE and the new form.

The same happened to me and i refiled the form on Oct 8, but i HAVEN'T RECEIVE the Receipt Notice yet!!! I called the 1-800 number and the said that i have to wait at least 30 days, but i'm so worried.

Any one in the same situation??
