Is this your interview for the K3 visa? If so, you don't need to bring the I-864 with you, the form you will need is the I-134 and it does need to be notarized.

The I-864 is filed when Adjusting Status, after you use your K3 visa to enter the US.

Are you interviewing for a K-3 or for a CR-1???

CR-1 uses I-864, and the I-864 is filed to NVC when they request it from the petitioner. OR I-864 is provided to consulate when interviewing for a CR-1 visa that had been applied for by filing the I-130 directly to consulate (DCF). I-864 is also used in the USA when adjusting status from K-3. (I-864 is the GREEN-CARD affidavit of support)

K-Visas use I-134 and yes the I-134 needs to be notarized when the petitioner signs it.

yes for my k3 interview i had a copy of my husband i-864 but it was not notarized
From Manila:

Form I-134 Affidavit of Support: The I-134 Affidavit of Support is required for returning residents (SB-1), fiancé(e)s or spouses of U.S. citizens (K1, K3), children of K1 and K3 applicants, spouses and children of lawful permanent residents (LPRs), applicants with special immigrant status, and follow-to-join derivative family members of employment-based (E) applicants. A copy of the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return (Form 1040) should accompany the I-134. Faxed copies of the ITR are acceptable.

l. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner's ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner's most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.
