The only thing I would add is to mail the hardcopy and email the DS3032. Our hardcopy was accepted within a few days (5, I believe, incuding a weekend) but it took 13 days for us to receive a response for the email.

Also look at the Stupid RFE threads to make sure that you can try to avoid an RFE.

Thanks to you all for your advices!!! I think we'll go with CR1... I'll read everything on the lingche NVC shortcut... and i certainly let you know if i have any question.. :) Thank you so much! BTW did you go with CR1 too? Did CR1 took 19 days to complete NVC process? This is very fast! Some people say if I go with CR1 it will take me 3 months to get in the state? Does CR1 take that long? :(

THANK YOU SO MUCH! BUT I AM STILL CONFUSED ABOUT HOW LONG CR1 WILL TAKE AFTER NOA2? IF I GO WITH CR1, WILL IT TAKE ME TO BE WITH MY HUSBAND MORE THAN 3 MONTHS :( EVEN 3 MONTHS LOOK TOO LONG, WE DON'T WANT TE BE APART LONGER.. :(
