Hello everyone,

Finally after waiting 9 months, both our CR1 and K-3 petitions were approved on the December 3th... but we don't know which one we should go on with.. If CR1 doesn't take much longer than K-3 we want to choose CR1 because we won't need to do more paperwork in the state.. What do you think? My husband will get the approval mail next week i think..we need to decide asap.. Good luck to everyone!

my vote is for CR-1 given that it is a superior visa. follow lingchi's guide to be out of NVC in record time.
