Tea for a sinus infection? Use to get a lot of those when working in a toxic environment, but had a good doctor that would give me a shot of penicillin and was gone in hours. They don't do that anymore, besides not good to take anymore penicillin then you have to, dem germs are smarter than you think. If I feel one coming on, just coat the inside of my nose with bacitracin ointment, sinus infection is bacterial, knocks it out before it gets worse, is tropical, goes directly to the source and does not kill that bacteria you need in your digestive system that can run up your toilet paper bill.

I did get my wife a rather nice tea set with all those tiny fancy cups she uses when her lady friends come over, find someplace else in the house to hide when they do that, but with my mug of coffee. My older sister use to make me have her pretend tea parties as a kid, hated that, but at the time, she could whip my butt.

Red raspberry leaf tea is brilliant for puking and tummy aches in people of both genders - kids like it too :)

You can find it in many health food stores - often loose, as just plain red raspberry leaf. It's very good for sickness - soon after starting to drink it (a couple of cups probably) you'll stop being sick.

In females it's great all your life, as a muscle toner for the uterus and other smooth muscle. But really it's very good for everyone. It's actually a herb that's been used for probably thousands of years by Native Americans. I'm kinda surprised nobody mentioned it already.... :)

Buy some Zicam lozenges , and salt water nose spray to flush your sinuses out. I used to get sinus infections alot and the ENT said to keep your sinuses flushed , u may need an antibotic too.

I always drink black tea with a spoon of Raspberry Preserves like Smuckers. It really helps to get rid of that sore throat and makes you feel warm.
