When exactly does the 90 days for N-400 started?

If somebody signed the N400 100 days before the 5 years wait and sent the application to USCIS within 0-90 days, could his case be rejected?

When does USCIS count the 90 days?

The day you signed the application

The day you send the application

The day the application is delivered

Or

The day USCIS entered in their system (priority date).

90 days is counted from the POST-MARK on the package sent, the day you send it in.

I do not agree, I think is day USCIS stamped your paper which is the priority date.

i second that. Because my application got rejected as well in the same sense. So it is when they receive it and stamp it, not the stamp on the envelope that you send it in

?? Wouldn't the received date be AFTER the post mark?? (WITHIN the 90 days) if the package were sent ON the 90th day before the eligibility date.

I am wondering if you could share you rejected time line. When did you send it, when did USCIS receive it, what is issue date in your green card etc. I will appreciate it if you could

I sent mine 91 days before the 5 years. USCIS received one days later (90 days). The priority date could be 90 days if they enter my info the same day if not then it will be less that 90 days

I just played it safe and sent it a week later and had no problems. Some people have been denied for sending it right on the 90th day...
