Hi,

I have two questions about my co sponsor who is my brother.

1. He has recently moved and his bank statements still have his old address on them. Is this going to cause confusion or should I just put his old address on the I-134?

2. My brother quit his old job in Dec 2005 where he was making about 50,000$ a year (don't tell him I told you that) and now he is working making an hourly wage which is still above the poverty levels. It can be seen in his last 3 years of taxes that he was making money. The letter from his new employer says he is making x per hour and that he has been working since jan 2006. I assume that if they even look at the affidavit that they will figure out that he switched jobs.

Did I just answer my own question?

Thanks for the help as always.

sarah and hicham,

1. In general one should provide correct, current, information. (Why are you filling out your brother's I-134?)

2. Is there a question here?

Thanks Yodrak,

I am helping him fill it out. I was looking over the one he filled out and I just wanted to check. Thank you,

Sarah
