They've sent us 5 RFE emails and it was sent out June 2, it should come in the mail in the next few days. I'm really curious as to what it's for as our package definitely had the usual suspects...

I sent 3 years just to make sure.

The instructions only ask for the most recent year (it's a new rule gone into effect sort of recently-ish).

I figure it's most likely for a co-sponsor as he does make over the poverty line, but only by a few thousand $$ (he didn't between Nov 2004 & March 2005 but started a new job in March 2005, we also didn't include the house as an asset), or for an IRS tax transcript since we sent his W2s, 1040s and copy of tax return.

Same situation here kinda. He wouldnt have made the pov line with his old job but made it with his new job in July 2005 by a couple k. I know the new rule is 1 year but they may want to check out more cause of the 2 diffrent jobs in the one year.

Just a thought.

Now I'm confused, the mail came today and I received my Biometrics appt. letter but no RFE.

The RFE emails said they sent it on June 2nd, also the postmark of my Biometrics letter. Maybe they messed up and typed in the wrong message in my online case status, I wouldn't be surprised since my I-129F still says 'pending'

The mail came today, still no RFE. Anyone want to take a stab at the reason behind getting 5 emails that a RFE was sent but that I haven't got it yet, but did get my Biometrics notice that was sent on the day the RFE was supposedly sent? What is the probability that they coded my emails with the wrong message. Okay, I'm sure it's possible since it's USCIS but has it ever happened before?

If it was in fact an error, could it affect my case if it's listed that an RFE was sent but I didn't get it because it didn't exist?

TUNESES I just wanted to say I love your tattoo. Im "imported from Canada "also. What a cool thing to do, Ive been looking for a design for my first and only tattoo and you have just given me some ideas. On the RFE note it could be as simple as a photo, My daughter and I were RFE'd because there was a slight and I mean slight shadow behind us. Good Luck

Howdy neighbor! Hopefully it was just an error and there really isn't an RFE :)

As for the photo thing for a possible RFE, that could be it too. I got mine done at Walgreens and they are hideous, absolutely horrible. Maybe they want further proof I'm not really a crazy looking criminal woman

howdy!, i'm just hoping it's a screw up in the USCIS system. lol. we should have gotten the mail by now. I wish the system would have a history of the file and not just the current status. maybe it was the biometrics mail they were talking about?

Guess what? I also got RFE e-mails from the USCIS and it said it was sent on June 3. I am still waiting on the letter, the only thing I can think of is that medical form thing, since I just sent my vaccination sheet. I can't wait to see the letter! I'll let you all know.....

Check this out guys.A few days ago I got 5 emails that they sent RFE letter regarding my EAD on June 2nd.On Tuesday I received in the mail my INTERRVIEW LETTER which was sent out on June 2nd,how weird

I checked my portfolio online and it says, that EAD was touched June 5th, AOS was touched March 30th.

It's too confusing and honestly after reading your posts I think they screwed up.Since there is more of us,who got RFE e-mails dated June 2nd,but we got completely different letters and none of us got the actual RFE it has to be a USCIS mistake.I'm going to wait a few more days and if RFE doesn't arrive I think I will call them and I'll try to figure it out.Or maybe an infopass would't be a bad idea since my 90 days for EAD is comming up soon.

That gave me an idea to try that myself so I tried to make one on the same day as my Biometrics, unfortunately the appointment would be in San Antonio and my Biometrics is in Lubbock, each a 4 hour hour drive in different directions. I can't win!
