Hey Kelvin, did you get the case number thru the AVR system or spoke to someone? My approval was also on the 12th and nvc system still say nothing received. Thanks

Just wanted to let you guys know that my case was received at NVC today. I just called and obtained my NVC case Number. WOW I feel it already... this is going to be a breeze............ I asked for my IIN number but they said it was not yet created. I will call again tomorrow

Yes, I used the USPS express mail for everything. Very reliable and super fast. Expect to hash out around 16.50 per package

Yesterday I called at aprox. 1 pm and spoke to an operator... And he told me that my case still had not arrived. I called again at 7:30pm and was told it arrived yesterday. But it was still not updated on the AVR system. This morning I called (only the AVR system) and it was entered. It said that my case was entered yesterday.... You should try calling today... if its not in the AVR system speak to an operator, as SankuNiku said.

Yes. Once AVR changes to "...choice of agent form generated...." or when the same is confirmed by an operator

Made it through NVC in 30 days since I-130 approval.

I just got my case number but just for the i-130 the k3 is not in the system yet :S

SraCastillo, did you check the AVC or did you speak to an operator? The K-3 never updates in the AVC, so you need to ask the operator for the case number and when it left the NVC if you haven't already done so.

OH MY GOD what an ASSSSSSS i got to speak to the worst person on NVC he said that sending the form DS3032 before i get it from them is FRAUD that is not valid. that is absolutely wrong and that i have to wait 90 days in order to get it. what an ASSSSSSSS i'm so mad but i will call later because i think the form was generated anyways but he didn't want to tell me that. he said what if was generated today why do you want to know that? i said because i want to know my status and he said if you are thinking to submit the DS3032 by printing from our website and add a barcode then you are wrong that will only delay your case. i'm so mad right now! he talk to me like i was a kid and he was my third grade teacher!

Got my case # this morning from avr system at nvc.. Hope thing go smoothly at nvc.

They generated the AOS and IV Bills today. Because the former lawyer is still officially on the case, they don't generate the DS-3032, and they send the AOS and IV at the same time.
