They received my case on the 14th, I sent it express/overnight. I called NVC today and they said that they did receive documents and they are reviewing them. They said the same old "it can take 2 to 4 weeks for review" blahhh blahhh blahhh. I will call back tomorrow and see where they stand. I really hope I do not get a RFE.

if all your paperwork is fine and without issues, you may very well hear a case complete tomorrow. CJVasani (NVC record holder) had his case completed the next day after it arrived at the NVC. so if you file is "issueless" then you may already have a case complete. you may want to give them a call and see if there is an update for you. if your case completes today then you will be our next NVC record holder with 10 days

they still have another half an hour before they close so call now.

Hello everyone! I called the NVC automated voice line last night and it said they had received our packet of information (assuming Affidavit of Support) but that there was missing or incomplete information. Also said they mailed a letter on January 14th. What could this be about????? We have a respectable attorney so i can't imagine them missing something. Anyone else with this experience?????
