Guys!!! Happy Monday my case is complete! but i have no interview date yet, the operator told me to call back tomorrow as they haven't update their system it says that the process is over but not yet close but to call back tomorrow as it will be updated.

I am still dealing with the PCC RFE... They are still "reviewing" the case... I tolde them: It cleary states on teh website that a PCC for US, Mexico and VENEZUELA are NOT needed....

thanks! hopefully your case will be soon closed as well. i don't think i will get a Feb interview as the embassy at Santo DOmingo is sooooooo slow! due to the heavy volume of applicants.

I called, my case is still under review, tho looking at timelines I am thinking it should be complete this week

I think at the end of this week - i heard they only do it the first 2 weeks of every month

Last month they finished sheduling on the 16 or 17th.

I called this morning and what the operator said was to call again after this coming Monday to see if we got an interview for February. I will still probably call daily to see because I am a bit anxious to see.

hi guys! first of all, congratz ro SraCastillo.

second-I have a question: in 4th package, Ling-Ling guide doesn't mention any passport size picture of beneficiary. yet, at the beginning, when it lists what's needed from beneficiary, says 2 pics of beneficiary to be sent in with the DS-230 form. did u send pics in package 4?

and another thing is about also sending photocopies of all documents u send in the package. u did that?

we send package 4 today and i wanted to be sure we do it right.

yes, ling ling accidently missed mentioning the photo requirement in the DS-230 packet section. but he does mention it in the begining. your packet 4 must include 2 passport size pictures.

and you also need to send photocopies of all the original/certified documents that will be returned to you at the time of your interview.

I Just called NVC and they gave me great news... MY CASE IS COMPLETE....

And as for the PCC RFE for venezuela...it was definately a mistake on their side...

What if I do not need any of the original documents back at the interview do I still need to send any photocopies?
