Nothing new on our side. lady at NVC said friday evening that monday might get lucky. besides the standard DS-3032 in 4-6 weeks, blah blah. is funny how they first say the standard line, then they give u other answers. like expect somth next week, monday-tuesday something should happen. but I am not very confident. if u remember, at beginning of december, we didnt see many NOA2, but the NVC process was fast. now with all these new approvals USCIS sent to NVC, NVC might get a little slower. is the other side of the medal, i guess. many approvals at once make us happy, but slow NVC a bit.

I 130 NOA1: 20 march 2008

I 129F sent: 11 april 2008

I 129F NOA1: 11 april 2008

I 130 and I 129F NOA2: 12 dec 2008

NVC process:

NVC received and assigned case number for both: 18 dec 2008

(break in the process- Lee comes to spend holidays here 22 dec-5th jan 2009)

DS 3032 generated :? ?

DS 3032 sent : 26 dec 2008 (friend sends it, based on how fast Ds-3032 was generated for Sracastillo and others who had same NOA2 date as me-risky, but worked)

received AOS package and IIN number in mail : 29 dec 2008 (same friend picks up mail and sends us the IIN)

pay the AOS bill online: 29 dec 2008

AOS shows as PAID: 30 dec 2008

my husband goes back and bags with our papers get lost : 5th jan 2009

package IV fee bill generated and paid online: 7th jan 2009

recieved bags and papers: 9th jan 2009

sent AOS package: 9th jan 2009

package IV bill shows PAID and sending package IV : 12 jan 2009

case complete: jan 20th

interview march 30th 2009

NVC mails I129F package to bucharest embasy

up to this day, no package received at embasy here -one more reason to prove in my case I129F was just useless

I have a feeling you may be right, with the recent approvals NVC might slow down a bit. Lets hope it doesn't.

I hope they get my File soon.....I will call then Tuesday morning to get the case number...Hope all Goes well

I am praying that NVC doesn't slow down now....I really need a Feb Interview

Cases approved after you, AOS generated yesterday and paid for (I got to know it by getting the IIN beforehand and checking online. Just e-mailed 3032 this morning)

Yes, I meant November! Thanks.

I have all my paper together too. I was hoping that the Choice of Agent and the AOS Fee bill would be generated by now. Back to waiting - except this wait will be much shorter than the last!!!

Where did u check or what site did you go to check if AOS is already generated?

My I-130 was approved december 5th. My husband received the NOA2 on december 15th. I called the AVR but it still says "No record of your case". I'm afraid they wont tell me anything about the case since I'm not the USC.

My husband went to work. will call NVC soon to ask about DS-3032. but we dont have high hopes. he's coming here for holidays, and he only has time to send DS-3032 until this evening at 8PM. so for us if isnt generated today, it can be on 5th of january for all we care, because thats when he's going back. today he'll to put everything together and see what he needs to bring me, for the embasy package. anyways I made peace with the idea I'll be here till easter, because if I get a march interview, makes no sense to go there for a month then come back for Easter.

anyone has better news?

Also waiting here, not sure how long it takes to generate ds-3032 and aos fee after the files are received at nvc. I hope it happens this week. Good luck everyone.

Same here. We were approved on the same day so our files should be in the same bundle to NVC :)

in our case, is today or it can very well be on 5th of jan. because my husband will start his journey to come visit me in few hours, and will be back on 5th. so we wont be able to do much in that time. I wont thikn of it that way now, I am just happy he's coming. will recharge our batteries if we r due some more wait.
