one question. when i put the case number i get the message that says when my case was received then it says allow X number of days( i can't understand) for BENEFICIARY to receive notification. what that means?

During my case with the NVC I never checked my status on the automated voice response because they never updated my case on it, but I think what it means is that they're sending the CHOICE OF AGENT form to the beneficiary as well.

that's what i was thinking also the operator gave me a hint when he said what if it was generated today?? but now i don't know how to proceed.

Can somebody confirm what is the correct address to send the DS-3032? Is it :

Is the attn correct?

Also, did anybody create the barcode for the DS-3032? Its that I created mine but it comes out so small... and the space to paste it on the actual form is so long.... Will this be a problem? Or am I doing it wrong?

SraCastillo How many days has it been since the NVC received your case? They may not have generated the DS-3032 yet, as I think they don't generate it until the 3rd day after the NVC receives it. Our DS-3032 would have been generated today if I didn't have a lawyer but the AOS bill was generated. The DS-3032 and AOS are usually generated together. All you need to ask them is if they generated the agent form and AOS bill.

the operator told me they recieved my case on the 16 and that my case was uploaded to their system on the 17th but when i asked him if the choice of agent form was generated he told me why i wanted to know and i said to him i just want to know if i'm in the right track and he said what if i tell you it was generated today? what would you do i said to him i just want to know and then he told me the whole story about being a fraud if i send the choice of agent like we are currently doing at VJ

Sorry to hear that happened. I never had that kind of an experience with the operators, the most awkward thing is asking them for the IIN number which is like trying to pull their teeth. It's just one person. Just try again with another person.

IV Fee Bill Generation:

Did you get your case number for K-3? You'll probably find out that they fwded the K-3 to the consulate before they generate the Choice of Agent/AOS

ok i called again very nice lady she told me the k3 is just bein entered in the system and that it takes approximately 1 week for them to send it to the embassy. and for the i-130 she said that probably the choice of agent will be generated by tomorrow. so i guess i should wait till tomorrow wow she was so nice and sweet.

hello again. our case recieved at NVC. DS-3032 not generated yet, but we try to have it ready. did u generate the barcode using the shortcuts guide? i ask because we tried, and it looks small. is how is supposed to be? here is 6 cm long and 0.5 cm high. smalled compared to the space where is supposed to be glued
