I've talked to my lawyer, he said that he mailed everything AOS and IV package at NVC for me and my daughter. How come the NVC didnot receive my AOS package while they received my IV package and my daughter's IV and AOS package, those docs were mailed at the same date...Now my daughters case is under review(got an RFE) and mine was left out. The AVR said that its still awaiting for the return of AOS forms and operator said they did not yet receive my AOS form...Please help me whats happening to NVC.....i need your opinion. Is my daughter gets an interview date earlier than me if her case is complete or they are going to give us both dates for interview????
