Filing out G-325a for K3

Greetings!

I am about to start the K3 Visa process and I am going to be sending out form i-130 with all the other necessary forms. In form g-325 in the section about is this "in connection to" what should I put? I am thinking "i-130 Petition", but the Sample g-325 says "i-129 Petition"

I-130 or I-130 Petition - any of them is fine.

I-130 for the I-130 and I-129F for spouse with the I-129F. Why would you write for I-129F when filing an I-130?
