I just got an email from USCIS stating the following

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: XXXXX244 Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On November 28, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

Not only did we receive the Approval notice in March 2008, but my Husband is already here as of 11/26
