just need some insights thanks.. coz my husband brought it up, and he wants to know..:D to expedite things, you see my mo is just alone in the pihilippines she has work though she had been sick before it was cancer) she had been cleared.. that's whyi want here here with me just in case whatever happens we can take care of her and give her the necessary stuffs..

i was curios about that too, but based on what ive read, only us (direct family), can petition our parents, pertaining that we've become a USC already... although your mom can still apply for a tourist visa and you and your husband will send an invitation to your mom and a letter to the embassy that you will take care all the necessary expenses once your mom is here... at least thats what we're trying to do for my mom soon also. hopefully since we're here and married to a USC, they will be more understanding. good luck!

07/13/10-received notice receipt(gc extended for one year)

07/28/10-received biometric appointment

09/23/10 GC approved!!!

9/26/20 Gota pproval notice

10/01/10 GC receivedd
