Yes their timeline shows only CR-1 so at first glance it doesn't look like K-3. I checked their postings, which mention that they filed both petition just that the 129F was three months after the I-130 and then both got approved today. Timeline does not reflect the K-3 part, though it seems like a K-3 approval to me.

Well, I want to thank VSC for a very special day today.

Today 3 homes in our neighborhood were robbed. One of those was my home. It was ransacked and the back door broken.

Thank you VSC for not letting my husband be with me. After all, what better way to survive burglary than alone? Thank you for letting me sleep alone scared. Thanks for making me wet my pants everytime I hear a noise now. Thanks for letting my husband stay half way across the world, upset, worried, and scared for me...and not letting him be able to keep me safe or take care of me.

Thank you for all you do!

I tried keeping it light and funny, but after today, I hope everyone at VSC loses a loved one! Because today, I did come home to a ransacked house and I had absolutely no one to turn to.

I'm really sorry to hear that...

I know it's not good to wish for bad things to happen to other people, but sometimes I also have this feelings about VSC people. They must be too comfortable with their lives. While us...

Well, hope everything gets better soon. Hang in there, Narina, the US is still safer than many countries in the world (safer than Brazil at least).

God bless!

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Oh, that sounds bad. sorry to hear that, Narina. but since the beginning u have been one of those who have patience, faith, humor, and bring smiles to cheer up the dust colectors. u cant give up now going through this horrible process with chin up. dont let the fact that they r incapable and thoughtless change yr way to be. u r a positive optimistic person, and would be a pitty to allow this process and what happens during it to change u. if u lose yr ability to smile and make jokes when life isnt cute, things will start being even harder for u. i felt the same when I had to move 2 months ago, and everything felt so meaningless. like moving from an waiting room to another. and why? for few months later to pack again. and moving everything, changing the daily routine, the neighborhoud, the stores, neighbours, etc, wasnt easy for me and cats. but well, this is life. not always fair. search for a reason to smile and keep going. and being afraid home alone i understand it very well. id didnt get over the childish fear of darkness, so I cant wait to hear my husband snoring in my bed every night, as loud as he can, to keep the wild beasts and monsters away.

also advice from a citizeen of dracula's country. do not curse. curses always come back like a boomerang. just wish yrself and those u care about to be happy, and the ppl u hate leave them in god's hands. hell know when and how to punish without u requesting it. good thoughts attract good karma, bad thoughts r distructive.

and to keep up with the topic, u can also go to karate classes to learn selfdefense and thank VSC for inspiring u to do so. is a once in a life time epiphany.

Actually I did have a really good laugh with my girlfriends about what method of protection I would be using from now on. Our discussion on taser guns and swords made us fall over laughing LOL

Fortunately, the security companies got wind of what happened and they're both coming tomorrow to assess the house and recommend a security system. We always had a security system and a speaker system, like to answer the door, without opening it (an intercom) one, but never turned it on for monitoring. Once it's up and running and my speakers are up and running, I will feel much better.

About curses...well those bastards took my camera! Didn't realize it until yesterday when I wanted to take a pic of my neice. About my little curse...I can handle taking my designer handbags and even my jewelry, but touch my camera, and it's over!!!! LOL

i just wanted to let everybody on VJ know that the 130 petition of our 1yr old son got approved on dec 1st. my husband received the approval notice by the snail mail. now he has to call the VSC to find out the status of my petitions (or at least to try to find it out, lol). so there are 3 approvals from VSC in the 1st week of dec.

Excellent. Did you file the same time? Probably just a mail issue. Yours is probably going to get to the mailbox on Monday! Congrats!

thank you, narina! :) yes, we filed the petitions for both of us at the same time. my husband just checked the online status and it shows that my case is still pending and our son's is approved, which is true, so is the information about my status most probably also right. but we are still happy for this sign of life from VSC.

 Congrats to all VJers who got approved and many many many many ..... THANKS to VSC staffs for putting me into the waiting trail where I get to meet so many nice ppl from all over the world.... You have no idea I am in so much love with USCIS.GOV website that I was never been for my husband's email  ... I really don't want to get approved by this week or by this month or may be ever....Just love my country...I was just wondering last night after fighting with my hubby (which we actually do in every alternative day) what is our actual problem? Today it was our Eid (second largest religious festival of Muslim) and my hubby is there alone and I am here. Eventually, he was missing me so badly and fought. This distance making our lives miserable, we are even unable to understand one another from a distance, still enjoying cuz I get to know everytime we fight and make up things and feel the love he has for me inside him. Without VSC, I couldn't have understand how miserable life could be without my beloved husband.....Thank you VSC...still don't wanna make good wishes for VSC... :innocent:
