Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows about the cost for AOS for the kids that come over on a k2 visa. We're wondering if we are looking at $1000 + for each of my fiance's kids. Also how long do they have to do the AOS; 90 days from the time they arrive in the U.S. or else  return to JA? Thanks for any knowledge you may have on this.

Check out the instructions for the I-485.

K1s have to marry within 90 days. Can apply for AOS anytime after getting the marriage certificate. No need to do so in 90 days.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

I understand that, but what about k2 and their AOS process.

I don't think it would be the full fee, Gooden, bc the kids wouldn't need a work authorization - but I think you still have to adjust their status - You might want to repost this in the AOS forum - I am sure someone else has done this before.

LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND. IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD. IT IS NOT RUDE, IT IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORD OF WRONGS. LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH. IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUST, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERSE. LOVE NEVER FAILS.
