Hi:

Just want to share with everyone that today I was approved for Green Card at Mount Laurel NJ. My interview was at 10 in the morning. I arrived just on time, was checked in at the door by the guard, went in and submitted my Interview letter. Waited for about 20 mins , then the officer called us in. We first took oath . I recently came back like 2 days ago from Pakistan on AP, so he asked me about that. Then he wanted to see our passport. The guy was young american , male , soft spoken and nice. He saw our marriage album and was impressed with the pics we took at our reception back home. Then he asked the Yes/no question on I485, asked about my job. Asked if my spouse would be working in the future. He asked about my previous enteries to US. I never overstayed so he didnt go into much details. Then he asked for our combined documents. He made copies.Asked for my I94, AP and EAD. He kept them saying I didnt need them .Then he said he thinks everything looks ok and picked out the big red stamp and placed I551 stamp in my passport, said I would get my card in 2 weeks-30 days!!:dance::thumbs::thumbs: :thumbs:He said he is stamping it for 6 months just in case. Then he explained me about removal of conditions in 1 year 9 months, asked if I had any questions, to which I said NOO. lol. Then he placed approved stamps in my file and said we are good to go. He walked us out to the door and cheerfully said goodbye.

I guess he was prepared before our interview. He had pulled up all my travelling history on the computer and knew a lot of details. It was overall a pleasureable experience. Those who have interview at Mount Laurel,NJ well you can get a stamp right away if everything looks good on your file. I got a CRIS update later in the evening saying Card Production Ordered. Cheeers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations for your approval!!!!!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Always nice seeing people get approved quickly and fairly easily. Were still awaiting word from CSC to see whats going on with ours. But hopefully when it comes time for an interveiw ours goes as smoothly as yours did in NJ.
